Introduction to Skeleton
Spent the summer months finding a way in. First run November 2025 at Park City — lower starts first, working up to the top. Then out to Lake Placid to learn the track there.
Mar 2026
North American Cup Circuit
First NAC race, 5th place finish. NAC is the proving ground for skeleton athletes on the pathway to Europe and World Cup competition.

Continual training to build the explosive starts, body positioning, and track IQ required at the competitive level. Learning new tracks and working on familiar ones.
